Clienteer, and Imagineer as an organization wouldn't be where it is today without the help of engineer extraordinaire Igor Leshin. He has been a part of our team for a whopping 12 and half years! During this time, he has refined his craft, becoming a key member of our development team. Because of Igor's extensive product knowledge and experience, his teammates look to him for guidance and support in driving Clienteer's product development initiatives. His teammates believe he most exemplifies Imagineer's shared value of Openness because of his constant willingness to explore creative solutions to solve problems and optimize processes.
Igor earned an engineering degree from Dnipropetrovsk State University and works at our Dnipro, Ukraine office.

1. Why did you want to become a developer?
I started programming when I was a child, and I fell in love with it. When you develop a program, you create, build and solve complicated tasks, and do something useful for other people at the same time. It is a constantly evolving field, and you have endless opportunities to learn new techniques and solve interesting problems.
2. What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I am a passionate traveler and enjoy experiencing new places and people. I recently visited our Manhattan office and loved the hustle and bustle of the city.
3. What inspires you to do your best every day?
Of course, it is my family. I love my wife and son, and they give me the strength I need to pursue my dreams.
4. What is your favorite thing about Ukraine?
One of my favorite places in Ukraine is the Carpathians Mountains. It is a part of Ukraine where you can see beautiful mountains, hear leaves rustle instead of car noise, and meet gracious people.
